Welcome to Edora LMS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Edora LMS platform, including our website, AI features (MoodQ), course marketplace, and consulting services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these professional standards.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Edora LMS, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a University, Corporation, or Training Center, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these professional obligations.

2. Description of Service

Edora LMS provides a unified educational ecosystem. Our mantra, "C'est simple, c'est efficace," guides our delivery of:

  • Learning Management System (LMS): Digital tools for course hosting, grading, and gamification.
  • AI Insights (MoodQ): AI-powered assistance for curriculum generation and student analytics.
  • Marketplace: A platform for the sale and purchase of educational content in collaboration with Careerlab.
  • Unified Communications: Integrated email and collaboration tools.

3. User Accounts and Security

  • One Account Policy: To maintain a unified experience, users are encouraged to maintain a single account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Edora LMS is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain account security.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Edora Property: All software, "Whimsical Guardian" brand assets, the Fennec Fox mascot, MoodQ characters, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of Edora LMS.
  • User Content: Users and Institutions retain ownership of the original content they upload. By hosting content on Edora, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

5. AI Usage & MoodQ Disclaimer

Our AI assistant, MoodQ, is designed to enhance productivity and induce the desire to study. While MoodQ utilizes advanced data sets to generate outlines, tests, and sections:

  • Verification: Content generated by MoodQ should be reviewed by an educator for academic accuracy.
  • Limitation: Edora LMS does not guarantee the absolute factual accuracy of AI-generated content and is not responsible for pedagogical outcomes based solely on AI suggestions.

6. Marketplace & Careerlab Transactions

Transactions conducted through the Edora Marketplace are subject to the financial terms of our partners, including Careerlab.

  • Fees: Edora may collect a service fee for marketplace transactions, which will be clearly disclosed at the point of sale.
  • Refunds: Refund policies are determined by the individual course provider unless otherwise mandated by local consumer protection laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer the "complicated architecture" of the Edora platform.
  • Upload content that is defamatory, infringing, or violates Tunisian or international law.
  • Attempt to disrupt the "Digital Roots" or security infrastructure of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edora LMS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our goal is a "Remarkable" experience, but we provide our Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Edora community. You may terminate your account at any time, subject to the removal of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tunisia.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms to reflect the evolution of our platform. We will notify users of significant changes via the email associated with their "One URL" account.
